URC Systems signs Memorandum of Understanding with STARC4SYS at BSDA 2026

We are proud to announce that at BSDA 2026 in Bukurest, we have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a local integration partner STARC4SYS.

URC Systems brings to the Romanian market state-of-the-art electronic warfare solutions – portable, vehicular and stationary systems for reconnaissance, jamming and protection against drones – solutions already tested in real missions and used by several NATO armed forces.

These capabilities complement STARC4SYS's expertise in the integration of C2, COMINT, UAS/C-UAS and special vehicles and their logistical capacity to support our joint projects locally. This partnership will contribute to strengthening the Eastern Flank of the North Atlantic Alliance and the EU's borders.

This collaboration marks an important step toward strengthening our local presence and expanding our capabilities in delivering innovative and reliable solutions to our customers.
